The Village at Southlake has completed its onsite vaccination clinic, resulting in participation from 95% of residents.

The onsite team has put residents safety at the forefront of activities and dining, continuously evaluating and adjusting to the needs of the community. They implanted a phased opening process that allowed our teams to make real-time decisions for the resident’s safety and wellbeing. At this time the community is providing full activities, dining, and visitation.
