Southlake Resident Ambassadors
Our Resident Ambassadors take pride in making everyone feel right at home here at the Village at Southlake. Each member offers a unique and caring touch to the team as they aid new residents trying to find their way, meet new friends, and settle down. This group of wonderful individuals can usually be identified by the blue-colored name badge they wear or by the friendly way they greet you and announce to you who they are. These are the individuals who can answer any question or simply point you in the right direction. We appreciate them and we know that you will too!
Transportation Schedule
Medical Appointments
Please fill out a Transportation Request Form located at the Front Desk in the Main Building. Requests should be submitted no less than least 72 hours before the date of the appointment. First come, first served due to limited space.
- Monday: ALL DAY
- Tuesday: ALL DAY
- Wednesday: ALL DAY
- Thursday: ALL DAY
- Friday: NO MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION

Always Available Activities
- We have a large selection of movies for you to watch in the Palmetto Theater.
- Check out the vast number of books in our Library.
- Work on the computer or play a few games in the Library.
- There’s always a puzzle going in the Front Lobby Various card and other games happening in the Palmetto Theater, Lobby, Library, Gibson’s Loft – see below for times and locations.
- Get out and go for a walk around the pond.
- Play Shuffle Board in the Courtyard.
- Join the Gardening Club.
- Take a dip in the heated swimming pool.
